Westpac has introduced a change in its strategy to pay confidentiality and that it’s going to enable workers to have open discussions about their wage in the event that they so select.

The change was initially made in December to contracts of recent financial institution staff, and efficient April 1, Westpac has confirmed that present contract clauses will not apply.

Christine Parker, Westpac’s group govt human assets, stated the transfer is one other step in decreasing the chance of bias within the office.
